My New G-shock Watch

Just last week, I was fascinated with the array of colorful, well-designed G-shock watches in one of the watch shops in Jurong Point. One design caught my attention so I decided to buy it.

It's a G-RESCUE G7900 model from its shock and water resistant G-Shock watch line. This G7900 derives its inspiration from search and rescue teams worldwide.

This G-shock digital watch features a trendy big case with superior hexagon protection, made by 4 large screws on the bezel and side to form a superior line of defense. The largest buttons in G-Shock history improve button operability, even while wearing gloves. For a high performance fit and superior shock resistance, the G-RESCUE features back case shock absorbers to stabilize the watch and protect case from impact.

The G-RESCUE G7900 is a new shape for the G-Shock family of watches, but embraces classic G-Shock technology. Additionally, the G-Rescue features low temperature resistance, able to withstand temperatures as low as -4°F.

Other amenities include shock resistance, 200M water resistance, moon and tide graph, auto EL backlight, flash alert, world time, four daily alarms, 1/100 second chronograph and 12/24 formats.

From the display rack, there were 4 available trendy colors- rugged black, eye-catching white, active bluish grey and the brave army green. I picked the third one.

My three Filipino collegaues in the company also decided to buy the same design but chose different colors. Now it seems like the four of us form a new breed of"Power Rangers".
